Warranty Policy

We offer a limited product warranty starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty coverage period

• Turbochargers: 2-year unlimited mileage warranty

• All other products: 1-year unlimited mileage warranty

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

Warranty eligibility

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or failures that occur under normal and intended use of the product.

To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must provide:

• Proof of purchase

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos and/or videos clearly showing the problem

In certain cases, the product may be required to be returned for inspection before a warranty decision is made.

How to file a warranty claim

If a return is required for inspection, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

Warranty return requirements

If returning a product for warranty inspection:

• All additional parts or accessories must be removed prior to return

• Only the original product should be sent

Vortex Dynamics is not responsible for any additional parts or accessories sent with the unit.

Inspection and warranty decision

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Vortex Dynamics.

After inspection, we will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
At our discretion, the resolution may include repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

What this warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or removal

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, modification, contamination, or improper maintenance

• Labor costs, downtime, or any consequential or incidental damages

• Any disassembly, modification, or alteration not authorized by Vortex Dynamics
