Warranty Policy

We offer a limited product warranty starting from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage Period

Turbochargers: 2-year unlimited mileage warranty
All other products: 1-year unlimited mileage warranty

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or failures that occur under normal and intended use of the product.

To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must provide:

Proof of purchase
A clear description of the issue
Photos and/or videos clearly showing the problem

In certain cases, the product may be required to be returned for inspection before a warranty decision is made.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please contact us at info@vortex-dynamics.com with the required information listed above.

If a return is required for inspection, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

Warranty Return Requirements

If returning a product for warranty inspection:

All additional parts and accessories must be removed before the product is returned.
Only the original product covered by the warranty claim should be sent.
Vortex Dynamics is not responsible for any additional parts or accessories sent with the unit.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the warranty claim, including shipping the product to Vortex Dynamics and return shipping from Vortex Dynamics to the buyer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed, regardless of the outcome of the warranty claim.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, insurance costs, or other transportation-related charges are also the buyer’s responsibility.

Inspection and Warranty Decision

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Vortex Dynamics.

After inspection, we will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. At our discretion, the resolution may include repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
